My intro to Green Tea ..
Riddle me this: what helps protect the eyes, guards the heart, boosts metabolism, and fights cancer? Why green tea, of course!
I was introduced to Green Tea, by my my new bosom buddy Monique.
At first it looked like a concoction of dirty water that didn't want to go down my throat. With some light seasoning of a slice of lemon and sugar it tasted much better.
The health benefits of green tea make it a good beverage for treating cancer, heart problems, cardiovascular diseases, high cholesterol levels, rheumatoid arthritis, infection, tooth decay, etc. Green tea contains an antioxidant epigallocatechin-3 gallate (EGCG) which is helpful in treating a variety of diseases.
According to some studies, adding a splash of citrus juice (lemon is optimal) to your green tea can help maximize the effectiveness of the catechins, a powerful antioxidant, in the drink.

This is an amazing treatment that I try to indulge in atleast twice a month.
With being on my feet most of the time, they tend to ache and I found most relief when I have a Paraffin Foot Treatment.
Not only do your feet feel soft and supple but it relieves much of the tiredness and soreness.
Paraffin wax is a colorless and odorless oily substance obtained from refined mineral crude oil. It is a non toxic substance and does not cause any adverse reaction when it comes in contact with skin. It has a very low melting temperature. Therefore, if the skin is soaked with the molten wax, it is not going to cause any burns or blisters. It does not get stuck to the skin as well. For all these reasons, it is considered as the most suitable for hot wax treatment. It has several benefits. It helps to bring down the aches and pains of the body, relaxes the sore and tired muscles, hydrate the skin making it soft and smooth.

disturbed by the pebbles that get thrown into the water,
stirring up the restlessness one feels when it’s about missing someone.
... But then that pebble, which is so very significant of a sinking feeling, doesn't ever surface,
save to disappear into the murky depths of the water.
The sun sets and another day ends,
so far from where we once stood to where we are now.
Hopefully, the distance created by time will widen and respite will
follow, but for now, .......
